Betas

Betas are basically items that were sold in "Animal Jam olden days" that were sold during a short period of time when Animal Jam was first released in 2010 and are no longer available. Now days, the only way you can get betas are by trading or won in adventures. Animal Jam was released on July 27, 2010 and it was in Beta testing. Beta testing was when AJHQ was having jammers test out the game and see how they like it. The Beta Testing period ended on September 10, 2010. Unfortunately, Animal Jam will never be in Beta Testing again (as far as we know ;)) (which means betas will never be sold again).

Coral Corner was a shop in Coral Canyons that was started is November 2010 and shut down late July 2011. It sold NO BETAS since betas are items that were sold during beta testing. The items are accidentally considered beta by MANY jammers. But items that were sold in Coral Corner are un-common and hard to get by trading. It sold Fire Pits, Porch Swings, Clay fountains, Sewing machines, and more. Most of the items are available from the adventure, The Forgotten Desert.
